Fossil Employee Emergency Assistance Fund

Fossil wants to take care of our most important asset... our employees!

Fossil's WeCare Employee Emergency Assistance Fund is in place to provide charitable assistance to employees with emergency, financial hardship situations beyond their control. Employees have the opportunity to participate in this program by contributing to the Fund to support fellow team members who may experience such hardship.

Hardships are defined as situations that impact basic living essential needs. Examples may include (but not limited to); loss of primary residence due to a disaster or unforeseen circumstance, serious injury/illness to the employee or immediate family member or death of immediate family member which causes financial impact.

HOW TO DONATE:
Option 1: Payroll Deduction
Contact Fossil Benefits at Benefits4me@fossil.com to obtain the Payroll Deduction Form. The selected amount will be deducted from your bi-weekly paycheck and deposited into the Fossil Emergency Assistance Fund. 

Option 2: One Time Donation (use form below)
A tax receipt will be sent to you automatically via email from Communities Foundation of Texas.
