JHG Texas Fund for Nursing Scholarships

There is currently an alarming nursing shortage all over the United States. By 2030, the nursing shortage in the state of Texas is predicted to be at a deficit of 60,000. JHG Texas, a local humanitarian organization, responds to the growing nursing shortage by providing the JHG Texas Nursing Scholarships to qualified nursing students who would otherwise be unable to afford the cost of attending nursing school.

Pledges of $5,000 or more may memorialize a loved one or bear the name of a private donor or organization. JHG Texas also seeks bequests from individuals and multi-year grants from foundations to ensure that future JHG Texas Nursing Scholarships may be awarded on a sustainable, ongoing basis.
