Thoughtfully engaging the diverse and rapidly growing communities of North Texas through free public arts and culture programming that is genuine, inclusive, and accessible.

Kaleidoscope Park Foundation is a dynamic, new public-private partnership launched in early 2022 among Communities Foundation of Texas, the City of Frisco, and the HALL Group. This partnership will create Kaleidoscope Park—a new public arts and culture space for North Texas, located in Frisco.

Construction has begun on North Texas’ newest arts and culture destination—Kaleidoscope Park—previously known as Frisco Community Performance Park. The new Park will open to the public in late 2023.

This iconic park will be home to year-round immersive and diverse free public programming, including films, concerts, fitness and well-being activities, and unique music and dance festivals. The Park’s design will feature unique and universally accessible amenities such as monumental works of public art, architecture, gardens, and design set among a children’s play area, dog parks, performance lawns, technology terraces, and shaded promenades and plazas.

We hope you’ll join our mission to thoughtfully engage the diverse and rapidly growing communities of North Texas through free public arts and culture programming that is genuine, inclusive, and accessible.
