OutLoud’s mission is to amplify youth voice and value youth as changemakers, storytellers and artists. Through the intersection of storytelling projects, creative discovery, activism and restorative practices, OutLoud creates spaces that value youth as drivers of social change, promote wellbeing, and shift perspectives about the capabilities of young people.
OutLoud creates high quality, public art projects that give young people access to storytelling tools and a platform to speak and be heard. Through public art installations, interactive gallery exhibitions and films, youth emerge as changemakers, using their voices to tell stories that move people to action, and showing adults what youth are capable of when programming is driven by them, not for them.
