SteriCares Team Member Hardship Fund

The SteriCares Team Member Hardship Fund was established in 2015, to help active team members and their immediate families with emergency situations beyond their control. Emergencies by nature are unexpected and can cause a tremendous financial burden. When they strike one of our own team members, it can impact their morale, performance and absenteeism. Team members feel supported when Stericycle cares about their severe economic hardships. This hardship fund is designed to provide limited financial assistance to eligible team members who are experiencing an immediate, severe and temporary financial hardship due to a significant life event or certain emergency situation and is intended to help team members return to financial and emotional stability.
